Let’s face it – from time to time we all blame outside circumstances if we are not getting what we want.   It’s a normal, human self-indulgence.  But it’s a poor strategic vantage point if you expect to get ahead.  If you notice a lot of complaining, blaming and justifying at your office meetings – beware.  Those are the easiest ways that we give away our power and lose track of our direction.

    What a person is complaining about is what he/she is (secretly) doing.
    The person that blames or gets “charged up” about someone else or what they are doing, has merely triggered something in themselves.
    Looking within for the source of difficulty at hand, is one of the toughest processes to push through. Yet, it brings about amazing insights and transformations.
